You’re invited! The Weather Company is thrilled to host our highly-anticipated aviation event on September 24-25 at the Lenox Hotel in Boston, MA. This is your opportunity to tackle your most pressing operational challenges with a day and a half of focused learning and collaboration.
Our forecast meteorologists and aviation science experts will guide you through fascinating developments and real-world operational scenarios. You’ll also connect with our product specialists and customer service teams to get your questions answered by the people who build and support your tools.

Need to know
Arrival
- Closest airport: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS/KBOS) has international and domestic flights from Boston, MA and is 10 miles from the event.
- Drop-off: You can enter The Lenox Hotel at 61 Exeter St, Boston, MA 02116.
- Upon entrance to the lobby, the Front Desk will be located diagonally to your right. Here you can check in for your stay.
- Elevators are just past the Front Desk on the left. The elevators will take you up to your guestroom floor — you just need your room key to access your floor.
Registration
- The Dome Room (our conference space) is located on the 2nd floor. You can access this floor with your room key as well. You’ll see Function Rooms on the elevator buttons.
- Badge pickup: Take an immediate right out of the elevator. You’ll see the Dome Room on the right-hand side of the hall. Here, you can pick up your badge and check into the event.
You’ll see conference branding and directional signage around the hotel.
